	2.	The said work has been carried out in accordance with the Building Plans approved under your No.
	3.	No Demand Certificates from the Director Municipal Administration regarding payment of water consumption and Conservancy Charges are enclosed in original.
	4.	Cash Receipt in original issued by the Deputy Director Maintenance regarding re-filling of road cut, sewerage and drainage is also attached.
